Terms of Service

Subject to an active order form, we grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform for internal business purposes. Access credentials are issued to named users and may not be shared.

You agree not to reverse engineer the platform, circumvent access controls, upload unlawful content, or use the service to build a competing product. We may suspend access where use threatens the security or stability of the platform.

Enterprise plans include a 99.99% monthly uptime commitment, 24/7 incident response and named technical account management. Service credits are governed by the applicable order form.

You retain all rights to data you submit. We process it only to provide the service and in line with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Subscription fees are invoiced in advance per the order form. Agreements renew annually unless either party gives 60 days written notice.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mumbai having exclusive jurisdiction.
