We collect account details you provide (name, work email, phone number, company), meeting requests submitted through this website, and technical telemetry such as IP address, browser type and usage events required to operate and secure the service.

Data is used to deliver and support the platform, respond to enquiries, meet contractual and legal obligations, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer content to train third-party models.

Customer data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Enterprise customers may select data residency, private VPC or on-premise deployment. Sub-processors are reviewed annually and listed in the customer trust portal.

Operational data is retained for the term of your agreement plus a 30-day recovery window, unless a longer period is required by law. Website enquiry records are retained for 24 months.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@remyard.tech. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
